We take the protection of your personal data seriously. This policy informs you about the nature, scope and purpose of the processing of personal data on this website.
1. Controller
The controller responsible for data processing on this website is:
MAC-Solution · Justin Felzmann · Burggasse 1 · 92289 Ursensollen · Germany · Phone: +49 176 32096469 · Email: [email protected]
2. General information
Personal data is any data that can be used to identify you personally. Processing is carried out exclusively on the basis of the statutory provisions (GDPR, BDSG, TDDDG) and only insofar as this is necessary to provide the website and our services.
3. Hosting
This website is hosted by netcup GmbH, Daimlerstraße 25, 76185 Karlsruhe, Germany. Processing takes place on servers in data centers within the European Union (Germany or Austria). Data collected automatically when visiting the website (see server log files) and data submitted via the contact form is processed on the hoster’s servers.
The hoster is used in the interest of a secure, fast and reliable provision of our online offer by a professional provider (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR) and for the initiation and performance of contracts (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR). A data processing agreement (DPA) pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR has been concluded with netcup GmbH, ensuring data-protection-compliant processing.
4. Server log files
The provider of the pages automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits. These are in particular: browser type and version, operating system used, referrer URL, host name of the accessing computer, time of the server request and the IP address.
This data is not merged with other data sources. It is collected on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR for the technically error-free presentation, optimization and security of the website.
5. Contact via the form
If you send us enquiries via the contact form, your details from the form (name, company, email address, phone number, budget and project description) are stored and processed by us for the purpose of handling the enquiry and in case of follow-up questions.
Processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (initiation or performance of a contract) and Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding). To prevent spam, a technical honeypot procedure and a request rate limit are used; no additional personal data is evaluated for analytics purposes.
6. Contact by email
If you contact us by email, your enquiry including the resulting personal data will be stored for the purpose of processing. We do not pass on this data without your consent. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) or (f) GDPR.
7. No cookies / local storage
This website does not use any cookies – neither technically necessary ones nor tracking or marketing cookies. There is no tracking, profiling or web analytics of any kind.
Only to store your language selection (German/English) a technically necessary entry is placed in your browser’s local storage (key: i18nextLng). This entry contains only the language code, is not transmitted to us or any third party and serves the website’s functionality alone. Consent under § 25 TDDDG is not required for this; processing is based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. You can delete the entry at any time via your browser settings.
8. Multilingualism (i18next)
The website is provided in German and English (i18next library). The selected language is stored exclusively and technically in your browser’s local storage, as described in section 7. No data is transmitted to third parties.
9. Rights of data subjects
You have the right to information (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21 GDPR) at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
The supervisory authority responsible for us is the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision (BayLDA), Promenade 27, 91522 Ansbach, Germany (www.lda.bayern.de).
An informal message to the contact details above is sufficient to exercise your rights.
10. Storage period
Personal data is only stored for as long as is necessary for the stated purposes or as required by statutory retention periods (e.g. under commercial and tax law). Enquiries via the contact form are deleted as soon as they are no longer required for processing and no retention obligations apply.
11. SSL/TLS encryption
For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, this site uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by “https://” in your browser’s address bar.
